Hello, Bulgarians! Hatid ng Pag-IBIG Fund sa kanilang mga miyembro ang loan restructuring program na papayagang hati-hatiin ang kanilang bayad hanggang March 2021 sa pinakamababang monthly payment.
Inanunsiyo nitong Miyerkules, sinabi ni Secretary Eduardo D. del Rosario na Chairman din ng 11-member Pag-IBIG Fund Board of Trustees at head ng Department of Human Settlement and Urban Development na handa na ang ahensiya na magbigay ng pinakamababang monthly payment sa loob ng 6 na buwan sa lahat ng home loan borrowers.
Hatid din ng ahensiya na i-waive ang penalty para sa mga hindi pa nababayarang amortization sa ilalim ng Special Housing Loan Restructuring Program (SHLRP) upang matulungan ang mga miyembro na makapagbayad sa kabila ng nararanasang pandemya ngayong taon.
Aniya, “We understand the need of our members especially during these trying times, that is why we are offering this program to help ease their financial burden and provide them enough time to recover. We want to let them know that the special loan restructuring program is available to our housing loan borrowers who have unpaid monthly amortizations of up to 12 months as of August 2020. We are doing this in support of the government's efforts, led by President Duterte, in helping Filipinos who are going through financial difficulties caused by COVID-19.”
Dagdag pa ni del Rosario, simula noong Setyembre, nakatanggap na umano sila ng halos 45,000 aplikante sa programang ito.
Ayon naman kay Pag-IBIG Fund Chief Executive Officer Acmad Rizaldy P. Moti, maaaring magpasa sa Virtual Pag-IBIG Fund online ang mga miyembro upang mas ligtas ang magiging transaksiyon.
“We will be accepting applications for our Special Housing Loan Restructuring Program via Virtual Pag-IBIG to make it easier and safer for our borrowers. They can apply for the program from the safety of their homes by clicking www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/HLR/Restructuring.aspx<http://www.pagibigfundservices.com/virtualpagibig/HLR/Restructuring.aspx>. They don't have to go to our branches anymore,” sabi ni Moti.
Pinaalalahanan din nito ang mga miyembro na hindi sila nanghihingi ng downpayment o processing fee. Ang SHLRP umano ang kanilang paraan upang matulungan ang mga miyembro sa kabila ng pandemya at kalamidad.
