Sinehan, parke, video arcades, bubuksan na

Inaprubahan na ng Inter-Agency Task Force on Emerging Infectious Diseases (IATF) na taasan sa 50% mula sa 30% capacity ang mga religious gatherings sa mga lugar na nasa ilalim ng general community quarantine (GCQ).


Pahayag ni Presidential Spokesperson Harry Roque, “Starting February 15, pinapayagan na po ang religious gatherings up to 50% of the seating or venue capacity.”


Ayon din kay Roque, sa mga GCQ areas ay maaari na rin umanong magbalik-operasyon ang mga sumusunod:

  • Driving schools

  • Traditional cinemas

  • Video at interactive-game arcades

  • Libraries, archives, museums, cultural centers

  • Meetings, incentives, conferences at exhibitions

  • Limited social events sa mga credited establishments ng Department of Tourism

  • Limited tourist attractions katulad ng mga parke, natural sites at historical landmarks


Saad ni Roque, “These businesses/industries shall comply with the strict observance of minimum public health standards set by the Department of Health."


Aniya pa, "Alinsunod ito sa katotohanan na kailangan nating magbukas pa ng ekonomiya dahil kinakailangang magkaroon ng karagdagang hanapbuhay ang ating mga kababayan.


"Iyong mga nabuksan nating industriya, marami pong nagtatrabaho r'yan na matagal nang walang hanapbuhay. Ngayon po magkakahanapbuhay na silang muli."


Bukod sa Metro Manila, ang Cordillera Administrative Region (CAR), Batangas, Tacloban City, Davao City, Davao del Norte, Lanao del Sur at Iligan City ay isinailalim din sa GCQ ngayong buwan ng Pebrero.
