Kinuwestyon ni dating Supreme Court Associate Justice Antonio Carpio kung bakit nabigo ang House Quad Committee na sundan ang mga tanong patungkol sa iregularidad umano sa paggamit ng P125 milyong confidential funds ng Office of the Vice-President.
Nagtataka si Carpio kung bakit hindi nila tinanong ang mahalagang tanong kung paano napunta sa dalawang military aide.
“I really cannot understand. The House did not ask the most important question. They should have asked the 2 military aides: ‘Anong ginawa n'yo sa P125 million na ended up in your possession?’” giit ni Carpio.
Pwede kasi aniyang ang pera ay napunta kay Duterte, Mary Grace Piattos o sa kanilang bulsa mismo.
Seryoso aniyang akusasyon ang mga ito at depende sa mga prosecutor kung may ebidensya sila.
