Naniniwala si Pangulong Ferdinand “Bongbong” Marcos, Jr., na bahagi ng "reorganization" ang desisyon ng House of Representatives makaraang i-demote si
Pampanga 2nd District Rep. Gloria Macapagal-Arroyo bilang deputy speaker.
Ayon kay Marcos, ang reorganisasyon ay bahagi lamang ng mga proseso sa gobyerno, na aniya ay "darating paminsan-minsan".
"I really see it as just a run of the mill comes once in while, run of the mill na ginagawa sa House," reaksyon ni Marcos sa isang panayam sa Pagudpud, Ilocos Norte.
"If you're in government long enough, you have seen many of this. In my time as congressman, I had two terms as congressman, nakatatlo yata kaming ganyan eh and this is is just part of reorganization," paliwanag ni Marcos.
Idinagdag din ng Punong Ehekutibo na kapangyarihan ng House Speaker na ayusin ang mga hanay sa Mababang Kapulungan ng Kongreso.
"The Speaker, it's his prerogative as to how he feels the House should be reorganized," saad ni Marcos.
"I don't think not any of us know what it all means, where the chips will fall after all of this reorganization. I think we should also be careful to not read too much into it," hirit pa ng Chief Executive.
Nabatid na si Arroyo ang chairperson emeritus ng Lakas habang si House Speaker Ferdinand Martin Romualdez ang presidente ng partido.
