Inaprubahan na ng Inter-Agency Task Force (IATF) ang pagbaba ng Metro Manila mula Alert Level 3 sa Alert Level 2 simula ngayong araw, Nobyembre 5 hanggang Nobyembre 21, ayon kay Presidential Spokesperson Sec. Harry Roque.
Kasabay nito ay inihayag din ni Roque na inaprubahan na ang rekomendasyon ng Sub-Technical Working Group on Data Analytics na gamiting batayan ng pagtatakda ng mga alert level ang mga datos na pinakamalapit sa `implementation date’.
Simula Disyembre 1, 2021, ang mga alert level ay tutukuyib tuwing ika-15 at ika-30 ng buwan.
"Escalations, on the other hand, may be done at any time in the middle of the implementation period as warranted while de-escalations can only be done at the end of the 2-week assessment period," ani Roque.
Inatasan din ng IATF ang National Task Force Against COVID-19 at ang mga Regional Task Force at Regional IATF na magbigay ng weekly feedback hinggil sa progreso ng implementasyon ng mga alert level sytem.
