Kasama umano si Bernardino sa most wanted list ng Department of National Defense (DND) at Department of the Interior and Local Government (DILG). Pahayag ni Commander of the Army’s 7th Infantry Division Maj. Gen. Alfredo Rosario, “[He] is at the forefront of extortion, labor organizing and youth recruitment in Region 3’s urban areas.”
