Nagpositibo sa COVID-19 ang aktor at mayor ng Ormoc City na si Richard Gomez at kinumpirma niya ito ngayong Sabado.
Saad ni Gomez, “I tested positive for COVID. It could be my exposure from multiple people because of work I do as mayor. But I will be ok.”
Dagdag pa niya, “I will need a lot of rest and will have to be in isolation until I’m better…I will go back to work as soon as doctors will give the clearance.
“I ask everyone to continue to be vigilant and safe.”
Samantala, “mild and manageable” naman umano ang sintomas na nararamdaman ng alkalde at kasalukuyan na rin siyang naka-isolate.
