“I found my peace,” mariing sabi ng aktres na si Nadine Lustre sa exclusive interview sa kanya ng King of Talk na si Boy Abunda sa kanyang The Interviewer vlog on his YouTube channel last Tuesday.
Live na umapir si Nadine sa The Boy Abunda Talk Channel on the day na lumabas ang resolusyon ng korte sa kasong isinampa sa kanya ng Viva Artists Agency.
Sa edad ni Nadine ngayon na 27, alam na raw niya na everything’s gonna be okay.
“And that I should live life to the fullest and not worry about anything. Just you know, I’m ready to accept whatever life is gonna put on my hands. I don’t know, Tito Boy, it's just a lot of things happened. And then, a lot of shifting happened to the last couple of months and weeks as well. It’s just a lot. And like my, you know, how I see life is totally different now,” pahayag ni Nadine.
Marami raw pagbabago kay Nadine ngayon.
“Yeah, kasi before, Tito Boy, you know, like how I would tell you before that I’m getting anxiety over nothing. I would worry about what’s gonna happen in the future. I’m always like you know, over thinking. But now, it’s more of me. Just be more accepting and whatever outcome, whatever happens, I’m just like, you know, it is what it is. It’s life and be aware of it.”
Sinabi pa ni Nadine kay Kuya Boy na masaya siya ngayon. Kaya, tinanong siya ni Kuya Boy kung saan nanggagaling ang kasiyahan na nararamdaman niya ngayon.
“Hahaha! I guess Tito Boy, it’s like I’ve picked up a lot over the last couple of weeks lang and a lot of shifting, I’ve done a lot of shifting in my life, let go of a lot of things, and yeah, I don’t know. I’m just full. Like when people asks me now, ‘How are you doing?’ I don’t say good. I would say I’m full. And I’m ready to live life to the fullest.”
Ang lakas naman ng tawa ni Nadine nu’ng banggitin ni Kuya Boy si James Reid nu'ng mag-follow-up ang TV host sa sinabi ni Nadine that she has to let go of people para maging okey ang isang indibidwal.
Paglilinaw ni Kuya Boy, hindi kabilang si James sa mga tinutukoy niya.
“Kasi meron, eh. Not everybody around us contributes to your growth or positivity. During this time of the pandemic, did you have enough courage to… I don’t want to say cancel or edit, but to let go?” tanong ni Kuya Boy.
Tugon ni Nadine, “It’s not really letting go of people. It’s more of just learning to say no, and understanding what it is that is beneficial to you and the things that doesn’t concern you anymore.
“If this person is making you feel that type of way and then, why should you hang-out with that person?
“‘Di ba, if you’re not benefitting to this person, then why? There’s no need for this energy exchange anymore. Because energy is, energy is a currency. And you know, being a currency, it runs out.
“So, the more you try and give up your energy to different people, and you don’t get anything back, madi-defeat ka, eh, of your own energy.
“I’m always at home, meditating, working out. You know, I found my peace.”
Naniniwala naman ang mga netizens na nag-comment sa interbyu ni Kuya Boy kay Nadine that she’s at peace now.
Pero may mga nakapansin sa mga nakalabas na buto sa balikat at dibdib ni Nadine during the interview. Mukhang ang laki raw ng ipinayat ni Nadine.
And at the same time, ang daming pumuri kay Nadine sa husay niya sa pagsagot sa mga tanong ni Kuya Boy.
