Base sa paliwanag ni Film Development Council of the Philippines Chairperson and CEO Liza Diño sa ginanap na Zoom mediacon para sa launch ng first-ever Philippine Film Industry Month celebration with the theme: "Ngayon ang bagong SINEMULA" mula September 1-30, 2021, “Nagkaroon ng miscommunication because nagkaroon ng third party in between the Baguio City and the filmmaking productions. But in terms of the protocol in place by the filmmaking and then ‘yung side ng Baguio City, nagkaroon ng kumbaga whether may lapses or wala, hindi mo talaga maiiwasan ‘yan. Aminin natin in the ideal world, sana masusunod lahat ng protocols.

"But if we work with our safety officers and if we work with the LGUs, halimbawa, kailangang madagdagan ang crew, ‘yung mga ganu’n klaseng unforeseeable or unpredictable circumstances, magagawan at magagawan ng paraan.

“So nothing is safe right now, alam natin ‘yan. May protocols tayo, pero lahat ‘yan, tine-test natin lagi, so we have to work together.

“The best way for us to conduct the production shoot safety is to work with government lalo na ngayong pandemya. Hindi talaga tayo puwedeng kumikilos nang kani-kanya.

“Kasi once something happens inside the production, ang unang takbo naman natin is gobyerno para makipag-coordinate, para magbigay ng support and to make sure that everyone is protected.

“There’s no harm in registering your production sa FDCP or DOLE kasi kapag may nangyari, iba kasi kapag ‘registered kami, alam ng gobyerno ng LGU ang ginagawa namin’. May safety net ka ru'n.

“Unfortunately, marami po (hindi nakarehistro), but you know, we continuously campaign and offer FDCP support sa mga productions po natin because the intention is to help, the intention is to assist.
