Naglabas n a ng official statement ang former 2NE1 member na si Sandara Park to dismiss the speculations ng pag-alis niya sa kanyang talent management after 17 years.
May dalawang versions ang naka-post na statement ni Sandara sa kanyang Twitter account — in English and Korean languages.
“It is with a heavy heart that I leave YG, which has been my family, my caregiver, my home, my rock, and my everything since I come to Korea with no family or friends in 2004 to take on new challenges,” panimula ng statement ni Sandara.
Sumunod ay binalikan ni Sandara ang mga pangyayari sa mga taon niya with YG, kabilang na ang pagkakasama niya sa 2NE1 hanggang sa ma-disband ang grupo.
“It is with excitement that I look ahead to the next act in my life which could be my biggest challenge yet as I leave my nest,” bahagi pa ng kanyang mensahe.
Sa huli, ini-reveal na ni Sandara ang dahilan ng kanyang pag-alis sa YG.
“My priorities are people, affection, and time spent together. Goodbyes are always the hardest to do but I take a deep breath and take a big step closer to my dream and the people who have stood by me, waiting for me to take that step,” lahad ni Sandara.
Pinapurihan naman ng ibang netizens si Sandara for being a loyal talent.
“The last member about to leave YG for 12 years of 2NE1 and staying in YG for 17 years. That's so long. It's a beautiful ending. As VIP, it is beautiful when you said YG is family. Even though these past years I couldn't feel that anymore then I stopped being YGstan…”
Ang ibang netizens naman, pinipilit na mag-aasawa na raw kasi si Sandara.
“Mukhang private time ang priority n'ya. Wedding bells soon?”
“I knew it. This year ikakasal na s'ya.”
May nag-suggest na netizen na mag-join si Sandara sa bagong talent management ni Maja Salvador.
“Lipat na sa agency ni Maja Salvador, please!”
