Grabe kayo! ‘Di na kayo naawa. Please, ‘wag kayong mang-scam or magnakaw.”

I’m so stressed. BDO online remitted a payment I did ONCE — 3 times to the same merchant and told me after waiting for 30 minutes or so on the line that I need to call the merchant to ask for my money back because most likely there was an error in their application. That’s so irresponsible and I am so shocked! What kind of bank does that?!”

“I have been a client of BDO since 2010. I have been a client of other banks here and abroad and I never in my wildest dreams thought this could happen and the bank would tell me, ‘SORRY our bad but you need to find your ways because we won’t.’

“I am astonished! That’s so bad and so irresponsible. Please be aware, because I am sure I am not the only one that encountered this problem.

“They will let me know in 3-5 bank business days what they can do for me, and in the meantime, my money is GONE.

“I just reported the incident that happened to me to BSP (Bangko Sentral ng Pilipinas).”

“If you are also a victim of irresponsible BANKS like BDO in the Philippines, you may report it to the website below (BSP.GOV.PH). Let’s not be quiet about it. Victim mentally no more, take action!”
