Ibinasura ng korte ang tatlong kasong isinampa ni Debbie Garcia laban kay Barbie Imperial.

Ayon sa Showbiz Update YouTube vlog nina Ogie Diaz at Mama Loi, sinabi ng comedian-talent manager na lumabas na ang hatol ng korte laban kay Barbie.

Na-dismiss ang kaso dahil sa "insufficient evidence."

Matatandaang nagpang-abot ang dating magkaibigan na sina Barbie at Debbie sa Tipsy Pig last year at diumano'y nagkaroon ng pisikalan dahil kay Diego Loyzaga.

Tatlong kaso ang isinampa ni Debbie laban kay Barbie tulad ng grave oral defamation, slight physical injuries at grave slander by deed. Inakusahan si Barbie na unang nanakit sa Vivamax actress.

"Ang naturang kaso na isinampa sa korte at nilitis noong October at hanggang ngayon taon ay lumabas na ang resulta," sey ni Ogie.

"Ang naturang kaso ay ibinasura ng korte," saad pa ng batikang komedyante at talent manager.

At binasa nga ni Ogie ang kabuuang desisyon ng korte hinggil sa pagbasura sa mga kasong isinampa ni Debbie laban kay Barbie.

"The alleged defamatory remarks and other acts intended or calculated to cast dishonor, discredit or contempt upon the Complainant that would constitute the crimes of Grave Oral Defamation and Slander by Deed are not evident in the CCTV footages attached to the complaint...

"Charges against the respondent Barbie Imperial y Concina, alias "Barbie Imperial"...be DISMISSED due to INSUFFICIENCY OF EVIDENCE."

Anyway, wala naman daw planong mag-file si Barbie ng kontra-demanda laban kay Debbie.
