May rebelasyon si Bea Alonzo sa totoong nangyari kung bakit napunta sa hiwalayan ang relasyon niya sa kanyang ex-fiancé na si Dominic Roque sa glossy magazine na Tatler kung saan nasa cover ang bida ng GMA-7 drama series na Widows' War.
Pahayag ni Bea, “I saw myself marrying this man. But sometimes, things don’t go according to plan. Sometimes God’s plan is better, and I have learnt to embrace that.”
Nagsimulang mag-date sina Bea at Dominic nu’ng November 2019 and got engaged nu’ng July last year. Pero kinansela nila ang kanilang engagement nu’ng January, 2024 at gumawa ng public statement nu’ng mid-February.
Pagpapatuloy ni Bea, “Before we announced it, we had been trying to work things out for months. It’s not like it happened overnight; it was a process for both of us.”
Sinikap daw talaga nina Bea at Dom na sagipin ang kanilang relasyon. Pero sa kabila nito, hindi na talaga sila nagkasundo.
Gaya ng naunang pahayag ni Bea sa interbyu sa kanya ni Nelson Canlas, hindi siya ang nakipaghiwalay kay Dominic.
Sey ni Bea sa Tatler, “It always takes two to tango. Sometimes relationships don’t work, and that’s fine.
“I guess I also have to thank him because had he not been courageous enough actually to acknowledge that there was something wrong in our relationship, I may have continued to be carried away by the pressures of society.”
Bagama’t sinasabi ni Bea na walang dapat sisihin sa breakup nila ni Dom, aminado ang aktres na napakasakit para sa kanya na siya ang sinisisi ng mga tao. Kadalasan daw kasi, laging ang babae ang itinuturo na may kasalanan kapag nagkakahiwalay ang magkarelasyon.
“If a man cheats on you, they say it’s your fault because maybe there’s something wrong with you or you’re not doing enough. Or maybe you’re jealous, and that’s why he left you for another girl. Even when there’s no cheating involved, and the relationship does not work, women still get criticism,” esplika pa ni Bea.
Sinasabi raw ng mga tao na may problema kay “babae” kaya siya iniiwan ni “lalaki.”
“It’s not always the woman’s fault. The two people in the relationship are the only ones who know the truth. In my case with Dom, we didn’t want to get married anymore. We tried to patch things up, but it did not work. I realized that I could not continue fighting for something that’s not meant for me,” diin pa ni Bea Alonzo.

Pak na pak talaga ngayon ang all-female group na BINI. Pinagkakaguluhan sila kahit saan magpunta. Kaya ang pamilya nila, pati mga kapitbahay, instant celebrities na rin.
Ganyan naman talaga kapag sumikat ang artista at singer sa showbiz, lahat gagawin ng fans para maging close sa sikat na artista kahit makapanakit na.
Tulad na lang ng nangyari sa member ng BINI na si Aiah na parang na-harass ng isang lalaki na lumapit sa kanya sa isang bar sa Cebu.
Pangalawa ay si BINI Maloi na dinumog ng mga fans na gustong magpapiktyur habang kumakain sa isang resto kasama ang kanyang pamilya.
Dahil dito, nagbabala ang Star Magic sa publiko na hindi inirerespeto ang privacy ng kanilang mga artists.
“We would like to remind everyone that any action or advance towards a woman in a public place that is unwanted and threatens her sense of personal space may be considered as gender-based street and public space sexual harassment.
“We enjoin everyone to respect the personal space and privacy of our talents. More so during their personal time off. Rest assured that we will take appropriate action to protect our artists,” statement ng Star Magic na naka-post sa socmed ng BINI.
Nagpahayag naman ang ABS-CBN executive na si Laurenti Dyogi sa mga nangyaring insidente.
Ayon kay Dyogi, “I was able to see some very disturbing videos. Some of the BINI members didn’t seem to enjoy their break from the very stressful 3-night concert.
“They went to a public place because they wanted to unwind and spend some time with their families. Unfortunately, naka-experience po sila ng hindi magaganda.
“For Maloi, she went to a place where she was supposed to have dinner with her family pero hindi na niya na-enjoy ‘yung dinner na ‘yun dahil people were so excited to see her so they asked for pictures and disrupted the dinner. Aiah also had a not-so-nice experience in Cebu where may isang lalaki — may isang fan who got so excited, nilapitan siya in a way that’s very improper.
“Tao rin po sila, kailangan din nilang makisalamuha sa ibang tao.”
