Lumabas na sa Philippine Area of Responsibility (PAR) ang Bagyong Henry subalit nakikitaan pa rin na magdudulot ng monsoon rains sa maraming bahagi ng bansa sa kabila ng pagbawi na ng lahat ng cyclone wind signals, ayon sa PAGASA ngayong Linggo.
Sa kanilang 5:00AM weather bulletin, si ‘Henry’ ay kumikilos patungong north-northwestward sa East China Sea habang nag-exit na rin ng PAR.
Iniulat ng PAGASA na alas-4:00 ng madaling-araw, namataan ang sentro ng mata ng Bagyong Henry, base sa lahat ng available data, sa tinatayang 590 km North Northeast ng Itbayat, Batanes.
Habang may maximum sustained winds ito na 150 km/h malapit sa sentro, gustiness na aabot sa 185 km/h, at central pressure na 955 hPa.
Ayon sa PAGASA, “In the next 24 hours, the Southwest Monsoon enhanced by Henry will bring rains over the northern and western section of Northern Luzon and the western section of Northern and Central Luzon.”
“Occasional gusts reaching strong breeze to near gale strength associated with the enhanced Southwest Monsoon may also be experienced today (especially in the coastal and mountainous areas) over Ilocos Region, Cordillera Administrative Region, Central Luzon, Metro Manila, CALABARZON, Bicol Region, Cagayan, Isabela, Nueva Vizcaya, Quirino, Mindoro Provinces, and Romblon,” batay pa sa PAGASA.
