Nakatakdang i-launch ng multi-Grammy award-winning singer na si Ariana Grande ang sarili niyang cosmetics line ngayong Nobyembre.
Ito ay tatawaging R.E.M. Beauty at ayon sa website nito, mayroon itong slogan na “where your beauty dreams become reality.”
Ipimakita ni Ariana ang first look sa “Chapter 1 — Ultraviolet” products, na naglalaman ng eye products tulad ng kohl at liquid eyeliners, eye shadow palettes, lashes, at mascara.
Kabilang din sa nasabing collection ang “ten interstellar highlighter toppers,” collar matte lipstick, “practically permanent lip stain markers,” “collar plumping lip glosses” at “utmost importance plumping lip gloss.”
Ayon sa Glamour Magazine, puwede nang bumili ng R.E.M. Beauty “Chapter 1” sa November 12, at ito ay exclusively available lamang sa rembeauty.com.
Ayon pa report, ang cosmetics line ay ipinangalan sa “REM” (rapid eye movement), isang fan-favorite song mula sa 2018 album ni Ariana na “Sweetener.”
“I decided to name [my brand] REM because I feel like that song really encompasses a lot of my favorite parts of my sound, sonically,” ani Ariana.
Ang R.E.M. Beauty ay “heavily inspired” din sa hilig ni Ariana sa sci-fi, space, vintage, at horror.
“I wanted to create our own world with this packaging,” aniya.
“Sort of futuristic, but nostalgic throwback. Anything that looks like it could have been on Star Trek or Barbarella or Star Wars or Black Mirror.”
