Magdadala ang parehong Northeast Monsoon (Amihan) at shear line ng maulap na langit na may pag-ulan sa ilang bahagi ng bansa, ayon sa daily weather forecast ng Philippine Atmospheric, Geophysical, and Astronomical Services Administration (PAGASA) nitong alas-4 ng Biyernes.
Magdudulot ang shear line ng 'cloudy skies with scattered rain showers and thunderstorms’ sa Southern Leyte, Eastern Samar, Northern Mindanao, Caraga, at Davao Region.
Maaari namang magdala ang Northeast Monsoon ng 'cloudy skies with light rains' sa Cordillera Administrative Region, Cagayan Valley, Bicol Region, Aurora, at Quezon; 'cloudy skies with rains' sa natitirang bahagi ng Eastern Visayas; at 'partly cloudy to cloudy skies with isolated light rains' sa Metro Manila at sa iba pang bahagi ng Luzon at Visayas.
