22.9 milyon, bibigyan ng ayuda sa Lockdown 2

AABOT sa 22.9 million beneficiaries sa NCR Plus Bubble na binubuo ng Metro Manila, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite at Laguna ang inaasahang makatatanggap ng financial assistance mula sa pamahalaan kaugnay ng muling pagpapatupad ng enhanced community quarantine (ECQ) dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19.

Ayon sa pahayag ni Secretary Wendel Avisado ng Department of Budget and Management (DBM) ngayong Lunes, “Based on the latest populations statistics from NEDA [National Economic and Development Authority], there are estimated 22.9 million beneficiaries which correspond to the 80 percent low-income population in NCR, Bulacan, Rizal, Cavite and Laguna and these are the areas placed under ECQ.”

Ayon kay Avisado, isinumite na ng DBM sa opisina ni Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte ang rekomendasyon para mabigyan ng financial assistance ang mga indibidwal na apektado ng ECQ.

Saad pa ni Avisado, "The funds that we're gonna use for this special amelioration assistance to those affected by the ECQ are the remaining unutilized balances of Bayanihan 2.”

Aniya pa ay si P-Duterte na ang magsasabi ng iba pang detalye tungkol sa financial assistance ng pamahalaan.
