Napaka-sweet ng birthday greetings ni Andre Paras sa kanyang stepmother na si Lyxen Paras, ang second wife ng ama niyang si Benjie Paras.
Sa mensahe ni Andre, makikita kung gaano niya kamahal ang inang nagpalaki na sa kanya. Hindi naman kaila sa lahat na bata pa lang sila ni Kobe Paras ay hiwalay na ang daddy at ang mommy nilang si Jackie Forster.
“HAPPY BIRTHDAY MOM. I want to thank you for being there for me and taking care of me all these years. I’m thankful that we were able to live a private and simple life.
“I hate how people think they know you and say hurtful and mean things. It makes you wonder how in the world people come up with these negative things yet we live a private life.
“If you were a bad person who raised me shouldn’t I also have a bad reputation and a bad life? No, that’s because you and dad raised me the way a child should be raised.
“I’m 24 and you and dad support me in moving out but I still choose to live under your roof because I don’t want to miss waking up to an amazing family. No matter what people say against you I’m still here to back you up and protect you. I love you and thank you for being my mom,” ang mahabang mensahe ni Andre sa stepmom.
Samantala, habang naka-quarantine ay naging abala ang Descendants of the Sun actor sa kanyang You Tube vlog na Shout Out Andre.
Sa latest episode ng nasabing vlog, nakakuwentuhan ng aktor ang kanyang Kapuso "batch mate" na si Gabbi Garcia. Pinag-usapan nina Andre at Gabbi ang mga proyektong pinagsamahan nila. Ilan sa mga ito ay ang 2016 prequel ng Encantadia, Sherlock Jr. at Pamilya Roces.
Isa raw sa mga hindi malilimutang alaala ni Gabbi ay noong natamaan niya ang kanyang Encantadia co-star na si Sanya Lopez ng kanyang props na sword sa isang fight scene.
Inalala naman ni Andre ang panahon na inengganyo niya si Gabbi na ipagpatuloy ang kanyang music career kahit na nagsisimula pa lang ang dalaga sa showbiz.
"You mentioned something na 'I don't think nobody will know that I can sing.' And I was like, 'Just keep on singing, one day, you're gonna be on stage.' Next thing I know, she's on stage, she has her own prod," lahad ni Andre.
