"Today we are happy to have the second batch," giit pa ni Chinese Ambassador to the Philippines Huang Xilian. "We hope we will contribute to speed up the mass vaccination in this country so that we will win over the war against the virus and recover the economy."
Kabilang sa mga sumalubong sa ikalawang batch ng Sinovac ay sina Department of Health Secretary Francisco Duque III, Vaccine Czar Carlito Galvez Jr. at Senator Bong Go.
Paliwanag pa ni Go, "This is another major milestone to us since the supply of vaccine is very limited and we have to inoculate 1.7 million medical frontliners and we have to meet our target this year in order to attain herd immunity."
