"There is another part of this that is extremely important, that we sometimes do not talk about, and that is the lessening of corruption. Because you do not have to talk to a person at all for the entire process, wala kang kausap na tao. There’s no discretion that’s being exercised at any point. It’s either yes, no, yes, no… it’s binary,” wika ni Marcos sa app unveiling sa President Hall sa Malacañang kahapon.

"That way, it simplifies the process, especially for the citizens and there is no discretion being exercised by anyone.

We owe that to the people,” banggit ni Marcos.

“And… the whole idea of e-governance is something that we need to do because we have fallen behind,” dagdag pa ni Marcos.

"We hope with the beginnings of this e-governance system, that a senior living in an isolated place, an isolated island somewhere who, by the time we will have connectivity, can just go on to their phone (and transact),” hirit pa ng Pangulo.

“This mobile app can be accessed with any smartphone even when offline,” pahayag ng Comelec.

“The launch of the mobile app is very timely in the face of mobility restrictions brought about by COVID-19, because you will only need a smartphone to accomplish the form. This will save time, effort and money that will otherwise be spent on going to a computer shop to download and print the form, or getting the form at the local COMELEC to fill it out manually,” ani Casquejo.

“A QR Code is generated upon successful accomplishment of the form. You must save the QR Code on your smartphone, and afterwards, you may visit your local COMELEC office to have your QR Code scanned and your biometrics taken,” dagdag ni Casquejo.

1. Open the mobile app, and tap “Get Started.”

2. Select the desired type of application and tap “Proceed.”

3. Input all the necessary personal information.

4. Confirm your personal information by ticking the checkbox.

5. Tap “Generate QR Code” and “Save” to save it in your phone gallery.

6. Bring a valid ID upon visiting your local COMELEC office for your QR Code scanning.”

“For any question or clarification about the mobile app, our Voter Care Center hotlines on mobile (+63 927 5595 926), Facebook and Twitter are open to the public,” ayon naman kay Comelec Spokesperson James Jimenez.
