Winners in 2 separate lotto games claim jackpot prizes
Two bettors who won the jackpot prizes of two separate lotto games claimed their winnings at the PCSO Main office in Mandaluyong City on Tuesday, October 29, 2024.
The first winner who claimed his prize is a retired security personnel member from Quezon City who won P5,940,000 in the Lotto 6/42 drawn on October 19, 2024. He often places a bet using the birthdates of his family members, and this time won the jackpot with the combination 04 - 19 - 29 - 11 - 10 - 03.
“Kareretiro ko lang po at hindi ko po alam ang gagawin. Buti na lang po at nanalo ako sa lotto, naisip ko po na magnegosyo dahil kaya pa naman po ng katawan ko,” he shared.
Meanwhile, the second winner is a 70-year-old junkshop worker from Tarlac who has been playing the lotto since 1995. He is a below-minimum wage earner who lives with his wife on a daily income of P200. The winning bettor said he randomly selected the numbers 07 - 38 - 34 - 43 - 36 – 22, which won him P28,160,909 in the MegaLotto 6/45 drawn on October 23, 2024.
“Matagal na po ako tumataya sa lotto. Hindi ko inakala sa edad kong ito saka lang ako mananalo. May maipapamana ako sa aking pamilya. Salamat at hindi ako bumitaw sa pag-asang hatid ng PCSO,” said the 70-year-old winner.
PCSO General Manager Melquiades Robles said he hopes these inspiring stories remind the public of the transformative power of the PCSO’s lottery, which continues to change lives and provide hope to Filipinos nationwide.
“The PCSO remains steadfast in its mission to fund vital charitable programs, ensuring that each lotto ticket bought not only offers a chance at wealth but also supports essential social services and health initiatives nationwide,” said GM Robles.
To claim lotto prizes, winners must sign the back of the winning ticket and provide two valid government IDs for verification. Additionally, they must comply with the 20% tax on prizes exceeding ₱10,000.00 under the TRAIN Law.
As per RA 1169, winners have one (1) year from the draw date to claim their prize at the PCSO Main Office at Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City.
Bulacan Bettor Takes Home Whopping P321-M UltraLotto 6/58 Jackpot!

A bettor from San Jose del Monte, Bulacan hit the massive jackpot prize of the UltraLotto 6/58 drawn on October 27, 2024 and took home a whopping P321,384,493.20.
She placed a bet using her family’s birthdates 07-24-13-16-10-02 which turned out as the winning combination for the said draw. She has been placing the same bet for nearly five years.
The winner, a homemaker in her mid-30s, shared that she plans to use her newfound wealth to pay for her children’s tuition, start business ventures, acquire land properties, and save for the future.
After claiming her winnings at the PCSO Main Office, she said, “Thank you PCSO kasi ngayon pa lang, masasabi kong magiging maganda na ang kinabukasan ng mga anak ko. Salamat sa Diyos kasi ipinagkaloob ito sa aming magasawa. Hindi pa rin ako makapaniwala. Sana hindi lang kami ang mahandugan ng ganitong biyaya po.”

Cavite bettor wins P19-M in Lotto 6/42, Reiterates Lotto is ‘Real’

Mandaluyong City – A stay-at-home mother from General Trias, Cavite, has claimed the P19,033,913.00 jackpot prize for the Lotto 6/42 game drawn on September 19, 2024. The ticket, with the winning combination 05-26-02-21-08-27, was purchased while she was visiting relatives in Cavite.
The winner, a loyal lotto player for over 30 years, shared that her winning combination was inspired by the ages and birthdates of her family members and close relatives.
“Sobra po ang pasasalamat ko sa PCSO dahil sa pagkakataong naibigay sa pamilya naming na mabago ang buhay,” she said.
Echoing previous winners’ sentiments, she added, “Sa mga tao po na tumataya, isa po akong patunay na totoo po ang lotto at totoo po na may nananalo.”
She mentioned that the prize will be used to purchase land and build a new home, fulfilling a long-held family dream.
In accordance with PCSO guidelines, jackpot winners are required to present the original signed winning ticket, along with two valid government-issued IDs, to claim their prize at the PCSO Main Office on Shaw Boulevard, Mandaluyong City. Under the TRAIN Law, prizes over P10,000 are subject to a 20% tax deduction.
Prizes must be claimed within one year from the draw date; unclaimed prizes will be forfeited and added to the PCSO Charity Fund, in compliance with government regulations.

Batangas City bettor hits P46-M Lotto 6/42 jackpot

A bettor from Balagas, Batangas City won ₱46,546,547.80 in the Lotto 6/42 drawn last October 17, 2024, with the winning combination 20-04-30-01-09-07.
He shared that he decided to pass by a lotto outlet near his workplace and place a bet on random numbers.
The winner said he plans to use the jackpot prize to start a business and allocate the rest to savings.
In claiming prizes, winners must sign the back of the winning ticket, provide two valid government IDs for verification, and comply with the 20% tax on prizes exceeding 10,000.00 under the TRAIN Law.

A housewife from Calamba, Laguna won the MegaLotto 6/45 jackpot prize amounting to ₱30, 221, 261.80 drawn last August 05, 2024.
The winning numbers coincidentally matched with the birthdates of her relatives which are 01-23-20-16-27-03.
The winner, who has been playing lotto for almost 20 years, shared that she is always watching the live lotto draw and was surprised when the numbers she placed a bet on were announced. She is planning to use the prize for her daughter’s education.
To claim the prize, the winner must sign at the back of the winning ticket, present two valid government-issued IDs for verification, and adhere to the 20% tax deduction on prizes exceeding 10,000.00, as required by the TRAIN Law.
