Mensahe ng pangulo, "The challenges of the past years have tested our character as a nation. Each of us have been called upon to be heroes in our own right, fighting for our survival and devoting ourselves to the common good just as our heroes did more than a century ago.

“With their noble example, inspiring us to look forward to the brighter future, filled with hope that we will overcome the challenges brought by this pandemic."

Saad pa ni Año, “The joint memorandum circular (JMC) likewise clarifies our agencies' roles in handling quarantine-related violations beginning from arrest, investigation, detainment, then to filing of charges, legal processing to dismissal of case, punishment, until the eventual release of the person.”

Saad pa ni Guevarra, “Law enforcement agents, and this goes also to our local government officials, they should be very familiar with ordinance prevailing or in effect in their place because that is the legal framework of what they can do and cannot do."

"Though Judge Abadilla's death appears to have arisen from an internal issue with her clerk of court, I have nonetheless directed the NBI to conduct a parallel probe, considering that the incident has implications on the personal security of our judges and justices," sabi ni Guevarra.

"The passing of Judge Abadilla is indeed a big loss to the Judiciary because I personally know her to be an upright and highly competent magistrate," sabi ni Peralta.
