Nagpahayag si Sen. Ronald "Bato" dela Rosa na naniniwala siyang ginagawa ng House of Representatives (HOR) ang imbestigasyon sa mga namatay sa drug war o sa extrajudicial killings (EJK) sa ilalim ng administrasyon ni dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte upang magamit ito laban sa kanila sa International Criminal Court (ICC).

"Sinong nasa likod nitong mga committee na ito ay 'yung Speaker of the House, 'di ba? Alam ko this is the same person na nagkumbinsi sa mga opisyal na gustong bumaliktad, mag-execute ng affidavit laban sa amin ni President Duterte para sa ICC. I am expecting na itong ginagawa ng Quad na imbestigasyon ay pwede nila itong gamitin laban sa amin doon sa ICC," saad ni Dela Rosa.

Matatandaang ibinulgar ni dela Rosa nu'ng naunang buwan na sina Speaker Martin Romualdez, dating Sen. Antonio Trillanes, NICA chief Ricardo de Leon, at Ako Bicol party-list Rep. Zaldy Co ay nakipagpulong sa mga retirado at aktibong opisyal ng pulisya upang hikayatin silang gumawa ng affidavit laban sa kanya at kay Duterte kaugnay ng imbestigasyon ng ICC sa drug war ng nakaraang administrasyon.

Itinanggi ni De Leon na pinilit niya ang mga opisyal ng pulisya na tumestigo laban kina Duterte at Dela Rosa sa harap ng ICC.

Binigyang-diin din ni Co na sa kanilang pagpupulong nina Romualdez at Police Maj. Gen. Romeo Caramat Jr., dating hepe ng Criminal Investigation and Detection Group, na hindi kailanman nabanggit ang pagtistigo laban sa sinuman sa harap ng ICC.

Sara, 'pag na-impeach, tatakbo 'kong vice president — Digong

Sinabi ng dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte na mapipilitan siyang tumakbo bilang Vice President o senador kung ma-impeach ang anak niyang si VP Sara Duterte.

Sumagot si Rodrigo sa umano’y usapan ng impeachment na plano ng ilang miyembro ng House of Representatives laban sa Vice President, na binigyang diin na lalabas siya sa kanyang pagreretiro para bumalik sa pulitika kung sakaling mangyari ito.

“Mapipilitan akong lumabas sa retirement eh. When I begin to talk…election is just around the corner, talagang magka-babuyan tayo. I do not lose anything, I’m retired. Pero pagdating niyan na buhay pa ‘ko, ‘pag wala pa akong dementia, tatakbo akong…vice president… Kung si Inday ang presidente, okay lang,” sabi niya sa isang interbyu ng SMNI kagabi.

Nagpahayag naman ng suporta si Sara Duterte sa anumang plano sa pulitika ng kanyang ama.

Naghain ng criminal complaint si House Deputy Minority leader at ACT Teachers Partylist Rep. France Castro laban kay dating Pangulong Rodrigo Duterte sa Quezon City Prosecutors Office ngayong Martes.

Nagsumite si Castro ng reklamong “Grave Threat under Article 282 of the Revised Penal Code and Section 6 of the Cybercrime Prevention Act of 2012” dahil sa mga pahayag na ginawa ni Duterte sa isang programa sa Sonshine Media Network International (SMNI) kung saan kanyang tinukoy ang confidential fund ng kanyang anak na si Vice President Sara Duterte.

“I told Inday (Sara) to be direct, tell them that the intelligence fund is meant to prepare the minds of the Filipinos, to address the insurgency that is taking a long time to end. And the ROTC so that we are prepared for war, especially in this situation, if we do not have soldiers, then we will have the youth who can take care of their respective barangays,” paliwanag ng dating pangulong Duterte.

“But your first target there, using your intelligence funds, is you, France, you communists who I want to kill. I asked her to tell them that, but she refused, saying, ‘You know Pa, if I did that, they might harass the PMTs (Philippine Military Training) institutions,” dagdag niya.

Ayon sa reklamo, maaaring humarap si Duterte sa parusa ng arresto mayor at multa na hindi hihigit sa ₱100,000 para sa kanyang pagbabanta kaugnay ng RA 10175 o ang Cybercrime Prevention Act.

"Duterte's grave threats, and the fact of their continued spread even until today, present dangers to my life, liberty, and security," pahayag ni Castro sa reklamo.

"With that knowledge, I now live in constant fear that I will be a victim of such extrajudicial killing, forced disappearance, illegal arrest or detention that he repeatedly admitted having perpetrated in the past," dagdag niya.
