Pahayag ni De Guia, “The CHR is deeply concerned and condemns the incident surrounding the death of Christine Angelica Dacera. As one of the sectors who most experience abuse, the government must ensure that greater protection be accorded to women. In this regard, CHR stands for the protection of women in all fronts of life and echoes the call for justice for her.
“This case cannot be regarded as solved until justice has already taken its due course and that the perpetrators are held to account,” dagdag pa nito.
Una rito, nagbitaw ng pahayag si Brig. Gen.
Pahayag ni Usana, “This is considered solved because the suspects have been identified and then it was resolved already by Scene of the Crime Operatives (SOCO).”
Anila, “The Commission shall conduct its own investigation in coordination with local authorities to inquire about the nature of death and ensure justice for the victim.”
