Mang Inasal celebrates 20th anniversary via nationwide Unli-Sarap, Unli-Saya Caravan

Mang Inasal, the Philippines’ Grill Expert, will spread its 20th anniversary UNLI-SAYAbration through the Unli-Sarap, Unli-Saya Caravan.

This was announced during the Unli-SAYAbration Grand Caravan that recently happened at Ayala Malls Manila Bay.

Hosted by Dimples Romana, the event treated customers with a fun program filled with games and prizes and free products that included Extra Creamy Halo-Halo and Palabok.

“As part of our full-year celebration, the Mang Inasal Unli-Sarap, Unli-Saya Caravan will

tour around the country to delight our customers with free Extra Creamy Halo-Halo and

Palabok,” said Mang Inasal President Mike V. Castro. “Our UNLI-SAYAbration is all

about giving thanks to the Mang Inasal Nation who have shown us their strong love and

support for the past 20 years.”

The Mang Inasal Unli-Sarap, Unli-Saya Caravan will be trooping various locations in

Metro Manila, Northern Luzon, Southern Luzon, Visayas, and Mindanao from August to

November. Details will be announced on the social media platforms of Mang Inasal.

#MangInasalFamilyFiesta TikTok Challenge wins Gold at Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards

Mang Inasal, the country’s Grill Expert, has won a Gold Stevie® Award for its #MangInasalFamilyFiesta TikTok Challenge in the 2023 Asia-Pacific Stevie® Awards.

The recognition was given under the "Innovation in the Use of Viral Media or Word of Mouth" category. Over 800 nominations were considered in various categories for this year's Stevie Awards, and the winners were determined by more than 100 judges worldwide.

Veering away from traditional advertising and paid media, Mang Inasal capitalized on viral marketing with the use of TikTok and user-generated content to raise awareness, conversations, and sales from netizens on the newly launched Family Fiesta -- a special bundle of char-grilled favorites that’s perfect for office parties, family reunions, and various gatherings.

From October 20 to November 30, 2022, netizens were enticed to order the Family Fiesta, take fun consumption videos with their family or friends, and post their videos on TikTok.

The challenge generated over 30 million TikTok views within the campaign period, or 321% higher than the target. It was so successful that fun Family Fiesta videos continued to be posted in the platform even after the campaign, which helped promote the product and make it part of netizens’ holiday celebrations. Further, the #MangInasalFamilyFiesta TikTok Challenge translated to actual sales as it helped the brand consistently exceed targets over a three-month period.

“The #MangInasalFamilyFiesta TikTok Challenge was an exciting new way for us to launch a new product and it was surely worth it,” Mang Inasal business unit head Mike V. Castro. “Through their videos, we’ve seen how our customers enjoyed Family Fiesta in different ways, whether with their families, friends, and workmates. We are so happy that this campaign united the Mang Inasal community on TikTok.”

The Gold Stevie® Award is the latest in a string of recognitions gained by Mang Inasal for its impactful digital marketing communication initiatives. Last March, the brand bagged a Silver Anvil Award from the Public Relations Society of the Philippines for its 2022 #MomsRuleAtMangInasal Digital Marketing and Public Relations campaign. Health Tips: Mga pagkaing mabilis magpahilom ng sugat

Ang sugat ay ang karaniwang problema na maaaring makaapekto sa ating kalusugan. Mahalaga na alagaan natin ito at sundin ang payo ng doktor upang maiwasan ang komplikasyon.

Bukod sa mga gamot, alam niyo bang mayroon ding ilang pagkain na maaaring makatulong upang mabilis na humilom ang mga sugat, impeksyon, at iba pang sakit?

Narito ang ilan sa kanila:

∙ VITAMIN C. Ito ay makukuha sa mga prutas tulad ng kalamansi, dalandan, suha, bayabas, at strawberries. Maaari rin itong makita sa mga gulay tulad ng repolyo, broccoli, at kamote. Puwede mo ring gawing salad ang bayabas at kamote na may kasamang yogurt o keso.

∙ PROTEIN. Ito ay isang mahalagang nutrisyon na kailangan upang mapabilis ang paggaling ng mga sugat. Nakukuha ito sa mga karne tulad ng manok, baboy, baka, at isda. Maaari rin itong makita sa itlog, gatas, keso, yogurt, tofu, beans, at nuts. Puwede mong lutuin ang manok o baboy na may kasamang bawang at sibuyas para sa isang masarap na ulam na mayaman sa protina.

∙ ZINC. Ang zinc ay nakakatulong upang mapalakas ang ating immune system. Nakukuha ito sa mga seafood tulad ng tahong, hipon, alimango, at talaba. Ang iba pang mga pinagkukunan ng zinc ay ang mga butil tulad ng oatmeal, quinoa, at brown rice.

∙ HONEY. Ito ay isang natural na sweetener na may antimicrobial properties. Ito ay nakakapatay ng ilang uri ng bacteria na maaaring maging sanhi ng impeksyon sa sugat. Ang honey ay maaari ring magbigay ng nutrients sa sugat upang mapabilis ang paggaling nito. Maaari itong ipahid ng direkta sa sugat o ihalo sa tubig at tsaa upang inumin. Puwede mo rin itong ipahid sa iyong sugat bago mo ito takpan ng bandage para sa karagdagang proteksyon.

∙ GARLIC. Ito ay may antibacterial, antifungal, at anti-inflammatory properties. Makakatulong ito upang mapababa ang ating blood pressure at cholesterol levels. Maaari itong kainin ng hilaw o lutuin kasama ang iba pang mga pagkain upang mapakinabangan ang mga benepisyo nito.

Ilan lamang ito sa mga maaaring makatulong upang mas mapadali gumaling ang ating mga sugat, impeksyon, at iba pang sakit. Ngunit hindi sapat ang mga ito para malunasan ang lahat ng mga problema sa ating kalusugan.

Kailangan pa rin natin kumonsulta sa doktor lalo na’t kung mayroon tayong malubhang kondisyon. Kailangan nating sundin ang tamang paraan ng pag-aalaga sa sugat tulad ng paghuhugas gamit ang malinis na tubig at sabon, pagtatakip gamit ang malinis na bandage, pagpapalit nito araw-araw. Sa pamamagitan nito, mas mapabilis natin ang proseso ng paghilom at mas maiiwasan natin ang mga komplikasyon.
